DELIVERY

General
 
You are responsible for the delivery costs associated with the delivery of the product(s) you purchase as specified on your order confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, Saturday and Sunday).

You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time the product(s) have cleared our Distribution Centre (DC). Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of delivery by a common carrier.

Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order per address. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to check out. Florence & Ferrari takes no responsibility for delivering to incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

During a promotion period, if products run out due to the high volume of entrants and customers wanting to purchase the products and enter the promotion, customers will have to wait a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks for additional products to be manufactured and delivered to their address, however entrants will still be allowed to participate in the promotion and have a chance to win the prizes on offer. Customers and entrants will not be eligible for a refund, cash back and/or credit if they have to wait for their products to be delivered beyond the stated approximate delivery times or if they do not like the product for any reason.

Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your order reaches your country. Florence & Ferrari does not collect these duties and taxes. If you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered prior to your order clearing customs. You will be contacted by the freight forwarder prior to delivery.

Delivery Address

To avoid delays in receiving your order, Florence & Ferrari recommends that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. PO Box addresses will not be accepted. Florence & Ferrari will not be liable for packages sent to PO Box addresses as all orders require a signature upon delivery. Florence & Ferrari recommends you use an address where the delivery can be made between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
