Return and Refund Policy forms an integral part of the terms and conditions of Sale.
Return Policy
If you have purchased your product(s) from a Florence & Ferrari outlet, you may return in person any unused product(s) within (20) days from the date of purchase.
The product you wish to return:
b) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged;
c) must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
d) must be returned in its original packaging;
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), good and service Tax included. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE NOTED ON THE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
WE OFFER NO EXCHANGES ON PRODUCTS PURCHASED.
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this Site. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED product(s) within (20) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
Florence & Ferrari wishes to guarantee you are fully satisfied. For this reason, you have the right to return all purchases made on Florence & Ferrari Online Store, within (20) days from the date in which the order was delivered to you.
Florence & Ferrari Online Store will issue a full refund of the product price, less a Processing Fee of $5 for each returned order. The original shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

The product you wish to return:
a) can be sent back to us only after you have completed and submitted the Return Form available on the website or office within (20) days from delivery; by completing and submitting our Return Form you will receive your Return Number;

e) must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within (20) days from the date of delivery;
f) must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time; and
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), good and service Tax included, less any processing fee and original shipping costs. We apply a $5.00 (AUD) processing fee on each return. Return shipping is free. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request (within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund) that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Provider’s fulfillment house. Your written request to for the return of your merchandise must be made within thirty (30) days. Your written request must also indicate your agreement to pay for return shipping and your method of payment for such shipping. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorize Provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise.

During a promotion period, if products run out due to the high volume of entrants and customers wanting to purchase the products and enter the promotion, customers will have to wait a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks for additional products to be manufactured and delivered to their address, however entrants will still be allowed to participate in the promotion and have a chance to win the prizes on offer. Customers and entrants will not be eligible for a refund, cash back and/or credit if they have to wait for their products to be delivered beyond the stated approximate delivery times or if they do not like the product for any reason.
Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
